YG Entertainment officially moved from its old headquarters to its new one in September 2020. The eight year project has always been the talk of the town thanks to its luxurious exterior.

Now, a few months after its completion, TREASURE gave fans a tour of the building’s interior! They had their very own Running Man-like game in the first episode of TREASURE Map Season 2 or the 30th episode overall.

It allowed fans to see the entire 14 floors in a fun manner. Check out some of its best rooms below!

1. The Cafeteria

First up, the most popular part of YG Entertainment’s headquarters has always been its cafeteria. It boasts of high-end furniture and a variety of healthy meal options, making it one of the classiest food courts around.

Hidden in the side of the cafeteria is an even more luxurious meeting room. It comfortably seats eight people in the dining table and it even comes with a coffee and tea maker that they can freely use.

As a little “TMI”, the members revealed that a bowl of Pho only costs around $3 USD for employees!

2. The “MMM” Hallway

Next up, TREASURE pointed out that the hallway in the middle of the first floor was where they filmed their “MMM” music video.

Its clean, pure white features make it the perfect futuristic set.

3. The Dance Room Of BLACKPINK

TREASURE Map even gave a hint of the room where BLACKPINK shot their “Lovesick Girls” dance practice video.

It has a mix of painted walls and music equipment that help it stand out from normal idol practice rooms.

4. The Practice Room of TREASURE

Next up, TREASURE Makers can easily recognize the practice room that the boys use. They described it as being large—even for their 12 member group!

It comfortably fits all of them and several crew members.

5. The Convenience Store

How many buildings can claim that they have their very own unmanned convenience store? In YG Entertainment, employees and artists just have to scan the items themselves, pay, and be on their way.

6. Everything Else

Every small part of YG Entertainment’s building deserves applause. The lounge areas…

…other practice rooms…

…salon…

…and huge monitor all scream “high class”.

No matter where you go in the building, you’ll be faced with luxury!

YG Entertainment’s new building, located in Hapjeong, Seoul, right next to their old office building, contains a total of 14 floors: five underground and nine above ground. To see more of its interior, check out the full video below!

CBS All Access is dead, long live Paramount+: “New” streaming service launches March 4

It’s time for yet another streaming service—sort of. ViacomCBS has announced that Paramount+ will launch on March 4, but it’s more of an evolution than a wholly new service, as it replaces and expands upon the company’s previous service, CBS All Access.

The move to replace CBS All Access was announced several months ago. It’s in large part a result of the completion of the merger between CBS and Viacom, as CBS All Access launched before that merger, but the merger greatly increased the content library that could be put on a streaming service run by the company.

In addition to shows associated with the CBS TV network, Paramount+ will include content from properties Viacom brought to the mix, including MTV, BET, Comedy Central, VH1, and Nickelodeon, as well as theatrically released films from Paramount Pictures.

Beyond the myriad Star Trek shows that CBS All Access has already offered, planned original series for Paramount+ include a series based on The Godfather as well as a revival of VH1’s Behind the Music.

The sizzle trailer for Paramount+.

March 4 is the planned launch day in the US and Latin America, and a launch is planned in Nordic countries on March 25, as well as Australia around the middle of the year. Canada will also receive the service sometime this year, but a date has not been named—however, CBS All Access will be rebranded to Paramount+ right away in that country even before new content is introduced.

Before this point, CBS All Access was arguably best known for its various Star Trek programs; it included all the Star Trek TV series that aired on broadcast TV in the past, plus new Trek series like DiscoveryPicard, and Lower Decks. It did not, however, have the Star Trek movies at first, as those were owned by Paramount. The merger brought all Star Trek TV and movie content under one corporate roof.

CBS All Access also aired live TV, sports programming, and some additional shows like the critically acclaimed The Good Fight. Those will continue under Paramount+.

The past year and a half has seen numerous new streaming networks launch, including Peacock (NBC Universal), Disney+, and HBO Max, among others.

The onslaught has disappointed those who expected a service like Netflix or Hulu to offer virtually all content for a flat $10-per-month fee, but that was never going to be economically viable, especially as production costs for TV series have risen in recent years as viewers have responded to more lavishly produced shows—something the industry refers to as “prestige TV.”

The new normal for TV appears to be similar in some respects to cable, with each media company delivering a channel that primarily consists of the company’s own content, plus small amounts of licensed content.

Still, there are some significant differences in the new normal as compared to how TV used to work, even beyond the fact that the content is now delivered over the Internet. For example, the services aren’t bundled, so viewers can pick and choose which channels to pay for, and there are far fewer (and in some cases, no) commercials.

Rumors were finally debunked, and questions about the future of a Magic Kingdom original attraction were answered. Several of the Epcot posters everyone wanted last year are now available with more coming this year, and we got some pretty cool news out of California for Marvel fans. Check out the full details below in this week’s news roundup.

1 – Disney Announces the Return of ‘The Festival of the Lion King’

Click here for details on what’s new at Disney Springs and what is coming soon.

3 – Partial Opening of Expanded France Pavilion

We recently shared a video of the newly expanded France Pavilion and photos of the new section on our Instagram account. This week, we’re happy to share that Disney has opened part of this new section, including a walkway, a great view of the water, and new bathrooms. The area in front of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure remains closed off by construction walls. Disney Cast Member, Zach Ridley, shared details on the design of the area. Learn more below.

4 – President Joe Biden will be Added to the Hall of Presidents

On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, the Hall of Presidents closed for refurbishment. Disney confirmed a Joe Biden animatronic figure would be part of the show. No other details, such as how big a role he will play or other changes to the show, were released. Rumors were swirling that the Muppets would somehow be added to the show, but that “big announcement” was that all five seasons of The Muppets Show will be released on Disney+ on February 19.

5 – Tom Holland as Peter Parker in WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure Coming to Avengers Campus at Disneyland Resort

As we long for Disneyland and the new Avengers Campus to open we’ll have to take what we can get. Disney released photos and video of Tom Holland, the actor who plays Peter Parker, checking out the new attraction WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Here are all the details from Disney Cast Member Michael Ramierez:

When Avengers Campus opens at the Disneyland Resort at a future top-secret date, you will see a very familiar face inside the Worldwide Engineering Brigade – or WEB as the kids call it. As we shared before, Tom Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker for WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.

We previously caught up with Tom who shared more details about his role in the attraction and his excitement for working with Walt Disney Imagineering on this new adventure. Check out this first look below!

In the WEB workshop, young engineers specialize in developing innovative technologies to equip and empower a new generation of Super Heroes. This workshop showcases the inventions of Peter Parker and the rest of the WEB Tech team, including their adorable Spider-Bots, which are designed to be robotic sidekicks capable of building anything a Super Hero might need. When Peter’s demonstration goes awry, the Spider-Bots are stuck in a replication loop, creating even more Spider-Bots!

Donning 3D glasses, your mission will be to test-drive the aspiring inventor’s latest invention, the WEB Slinger vehicle, and discover your web-slinging super powers! Through specially designed, innovative technology that recognizes body movements and gestures, you will reach out your hands and sling webs from your wrists, just like Spider-Man. As the WEB Slinger vehicles progress, you will virtually pass through several other Campus addresses, including Pym Test Kitchen, Avengers Headquarters and the Collector’s Fortress, also home to Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! As the mission continues, Spider-Bots will become harder and harder to beat as they continue to multiply.

WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure is just one of the many addresses found inside Avengers Campus, an entirely new land dedicated to discovering, recruiting and training the next generation of heroes at Disney California Adventure park.

We received a ton of questions from readers where they could buy copies of the posters. Until now the disappointing answer was, “you can’t.” However, we have some great news! Disney is now selling some of the posters online with more to be released as the year goes on. Disney Cast Members Anthony Armenia shares more below:
